Just like the Fox Skull, Turkana Boy skull consisted of two separate parts that were scanned separately, and aligned afterwards. To make the alignment as precise as possible, we aligned the two real objects and scanned them together, and then used this scan to align the complete 3D models. As a result, the position of these two parts is flawless.
